HMA Land Services' experienced and specialized personnel will assist with all your Acquisition and Divestiture needs. We perform due diligence and title review for your surface and mineral acquisitions within all the Western Canadian Provinces; attend to the filing and registration of all assignments with the appropriate governmental agencies. We have the contacts and the expertise you need to ensure your transaction is completed in a timely manner and successfully registered and recorded.
If required, we can also assist your company with the inputting of purchased files into your system to maximize efficiency and reporting abilities within your own data base system. Our personnel are well versed with CS Explorer, Landrite and the Landman programs.
